Where is Sonic Con UK London held?
Sonic Con UK takes place at the Novotel London West. The address of the venue is: 1 Shortlands, Hammersmith, London W6 8DR.
Where should I go when I arrive?
Please queue outside of the Novotel forming a straight line down the pavement. Make sure to have your e-ticket or Eventbrite confirmation email ready to receive your wristband. You may print off your tickets/confirmation email as well. Once you have received your wristband you may enter or exit the convention whenever you like. All Sonic Con UK members of staff will be wearing pink lanyards and Raku Events t-shirts. Volunteers will be wearing volunteer lanyards.
Where would you recommend for accommodation?
Sonic Con UK takes place right at the Novotel, so we recommend staying at the hotel itself so you’re as close to the convention as possible. You can find more details about the venue on their website.

How will I receive my tickets?
If the Kickstarter is successfully funded, once the campaign has ended you will receive a survey via Kickstarter for your details. You will then receive your e-tickets from us via Eventbrite - these tickets will be sent straight to your email inbox.
Your ticket is an eTicket, which means you will need to present this to staff upon entry to the venue. Once you have done this you will then be given your access wristband.
Where do I pick up my entry wristband for the event?
You’ll be able to pick up your entry wristband at the Sonic Con UK help desk right in front of the event hall (Champagne Suite). Staff will be located at every entrance of the Novotel to help direct you to the help desk. We will also post maps in the run-up to the event.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Of course! Please contact us at info@rakuevents.com and we will help you with your ticket transfer.
What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a platform that allows event organisers and creatives like ourselves to cover initial costs when it comes to the venue, guests, and other miscellaneous costs. If you back this project, you will be directly supporting the costs of the event to make this convention a reality. Kickstarter is the best way to support the event - if the campaign is successful, additional tickets will be listed for sale on our website at a later date, but at a higher price than on Kickstarter!
Are Kickstarter pledges refundable?
As we are crowdfunding some of the costs for the event, tickets are non-refundable.
Are tickets available to purchase at the door?
Tickets will not be available to purchase at the door.
Where can I find lost items?
On the day lost items will be safely stored at the Sonic Con UK help desk, so if you have lost something then do pop over to us at the help desk to see if we have your missing item. If you realise you have something missing after the event is taken place please email us at info@rakuevents.com
