Meet & Greet FAQ

How do I book a Meet & Greet session?

Attendees are not required to book online in advance, but it is highly recommended to secure your place.
Each guest has their own time slots for the day, and a limited number of attendees can join each slot.

You can book multiple guests within the same time slot if their sessions overlap, for example, if Bentley Jones and TJ Davis are both available between 14:00 and 15:00, you can select both in the same booking window. Payment for autographs, selfies, and merchandise is taken on the day.

When booking Voice Actor Meet & Greets, you can choose to meet one or all of the voice actors available during your chosen session. The same applies for Music Guest Meet & Greets, you can meet all scheduled performers for that hour.

How does the booking system work?

  • Each time slot lasts 60 minutes and allows a limited number of attendees.

  • Slots are available for each guest individually (e.g. Ryan Drummond, Scott Dreier, David Humphrey, TJ Davis, Bentley Jones, Johnny Gioeli).

  • You can book one or several slots depending on who you want to meet.

  • A £1 non-refundable booking fee per guest (including admin and processing costs) is required to confirm your place.

  • This small fee helps us manage attendance and ensure fair access for everyone.

  • Booking early guarantees your preferred slot and helps reduce queue times.

  • You don’t need to arrive exactly at the start of your slot, simply arrive anytime within that 60-minute window to join the queue.

  • Please use the arrows at the bottom of the booking system to access later times.

Can I attend without booking in advance?

Yes! If you haven’t booked online, you can still visit the Bourgogne Room during the convention. If there’s available capacity, you’ll be permitted to join the queue or advised on a time to return when space allows. Booking online simply ensures faster access and helps us manage the flow of attendees.

What’s included in a Meet & Greet?

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Meet and chat with your favourite guest(s)

  • Get an autograph

  • Take a selfie at the guest’s table

Prices:

Please note these prices are an average and are subject to change at the Talent’s/Agent’s discretion. Prices are per guest.

  • Voice Actor autographs: ~£45

  • Voice Actor selfies: ~£30
    (Prices exclude VAT at 20%)

Please note: Voice actor autograph/selfie payments are card only.

  • Music Guest (Johnny Gioeli, TJ Davis, Bentley Jones) autograph/photo prices, and any official merchandise, will be available on the day.

What happens if a time slot is sold out?

If a time slot is sold out, don’t worry! You’re still welcome to turn up at your preferred time and join the standby queue. The booking system is designed to help us organise Meet & Greets and reduce queue times, but we’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible.

If the queue is full when you arrive, our team will advise you on the next available time to return.

Can I bring my own items to get signed?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own items such as posters, game cases, or collectibles to be signed.

Please note that oversized or fragile items may be declined for safety reasons.

How does the Queue Skip Pass work?

If you have bought a Super Sonic Queue Skip Pass, you’ll receive your pass when collecting your entry wristband. The Super Sonic Queue Skip Pass allows priority access when meeting guests and you’ll be able to move to the front of the queue. Even with a Queue Skip Pass, we still recommend booking a time slot, as it ensures you can meet your chosen guest(s) during their available session.

Super Sonic Queue Skip Passes are sold out and will not be available for purchase on the day.

Where will the Meet & Greets take place?

All scheduled Meet & Greet sessions will be held in the Bourgogne Room. The Guest Room will be clearly signposted, and a venue map will be shared on our social media and website before the event.

What about IDW and Creator Guests?

IDW and Creator Guest Meet & Greets are not part of the booking system and will not appear on the schedule. You’ll be able to find them at their tables throughout most of the day in the Champagne Suite, within the IDW Guest/Creator Guest table area. These guests will be available for casual meet & greets, signings, and merchandise sales directly at their tables.

Can I meet more than one guest?

Absolutely! You can book multiple Meet & Greet sessions, and if the timing allows, you can meet several guests within the same 60-minute slot. For example, you might meet a voice actor and a music guest during the same hour, depending on their schedules.

Will Meet & Greet times clash with other events?

Meet & Greets will overlap with other sessions, so we recommend booking your Meet & Greet around the performances and panels you’d like to see. You can view the full Meet & Greet schedule for all guests by clicking here.

Can I get a refund or change my booking?

Meet & Greet booking fees are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event a guest cancels. If that happens, your booking will be automatically refunded.

This is our first event using a Meet & Greet booking system, as well as our first year hosting international guests. Please be mindful and respectful to staff, as any Meet & Greet may experience delays. We will do everything possible to ensure everyone gets to meet their desired guest(s) - thank you for your patience and understanding!
