What is expected of Creator Guests?
Our Creator Guest pass is a complimentary ticket offered to content creators with an active and engaged audience who are looking to promote the tour. In exchange for a creator pass we ask that you actively share the tour to your socials, as well as promote your appearance on the day of the concert.
Please note Creator passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
If you cannot attend the event please let us know by giving us a message on social media or sending us an email to: info@rakuevents.com - failure to let us know may result in not being invited back to future events.
We only offer Creator Guest passes to those who wish to promote the tour. If you do not promote the tour your creator pass may be withdrawn.
What if I already have a ticket?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds on purchased tickets. However, you will still receive one complimentary ticket, which you’re welcome to give to a friend if they’d like to attend with you.
